This anniversary collection celebrates Hope and his unmistakable brand of humour with a presentation of his 1947 film MY FAVORITE BRUNETTE, a spoof of the hardboiled detective genre. Hope plays a baby photographer who gets mixed up with gangsters after he pretends to be a private detective. Dorothy Lamour costars as the mysterious femme fatale, and horror legends Peter Lorre and Lon Chaney turn in hilariously villainous performances.
